There are two different ways to view your labour contract online in Qatar, I am sharing both the methods here to let you know about them.

Check Labour Contract Online at MOL Website

In order to check your labour contract online at Ministry of Labour website, you must provide some personal information. Here I provide a step-by-step guide to help you view your employment contract easily.

#Step 1: Go to MOL MADLSA Service Portal @empcont.adlsa.gov.qa.

#Step 2: Enter your Qatar ID Number or Visa Number in the first box.

#Step 3: Enter your Mobile Number in the second box.

#Step 4: Click on Login button to generate OTP.

#Step 5: Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click on Login to continue.

#Step 6: Your Employment Contract details with Company Name will appear on screen. If you have multiple labour contracts, you can select one contract from the list shown on your screen.

#Step 7: You can click on Download button to download your labour contract as PDF on your mobile.

#Step 8: Open the PDF file to view your labour contract.

Check Labour Contract Online at Hukoomi Portal or App

The labour contract view service is also available on Qatar Hukoomi e-Government Portal. Kindly follow the steps given here to check your employment contract online at Hukoomi website.

1. Go to Qatar Hukoomi e-Government website @hukoomi.gov.qa.
2. Select Services section and click on View All.
3. Find and Select Employment Contract or Labour Contract or Job Contract option.
4. Read the service description and click on Additional Information.
5. Click on given link to open labour contract checking page.
6. Enter your Qatar ID Number and other details.
7. Submit the details to view your labour contract.
8. Save and download your labour contract as PDF.

Besides Employee Data, the second section of the labour contract is Contract Data that you can see in the picture shared below.

The Labour Contract contains Contract Data information including…

1. Barcode Number
2. Contract Date (i.e. Contract Signing Date)
3. Contract Duration (in Years or Unlimited as applicable)
4. Probation Period
5. Date of Start Working
6. Tickets Eligibility (for traveling to home country and return)

#3. Wages/Salaries and Allowances:

After Employee Data and Contract Data, the next section in the Labour Contract is called Salaries and Allowances section. You can check the picture below to understand it.

The labour contract is available to check online for every active worker in the State of Qatar. The Ministry of Labour provides free access to labour/employment contract to all employees. So, there is no need to pay any fee, you can view your labour contract online in Qatar at Ministry of Labour website portal.

Qatar Employment Contract Rules 2025

The Ministry of Labour has set New Rules for Employment/Labour Contract in Qatar in 2025. Every employer (company/establishment) must prepare the employment contract as per Qatar Labour Law Rules set by the Ministry of Labour, Government of Qatar.

Here I provide the New Rules about Employment/Labour Contract in Qatar as under;

1. The Employer must prepare the Employment/Labour Contract in its standard format as given by the Ministry of Labour (MOL). Any other format will not be accepted.
2. The Employer must provide the Employment/Labour Contract in English language and Arabic language for the convenience of the employee.
3. The Employment/Labour Contract must be submitted to Ministry of Labour and the contract will come to action only after the ministry approves it.
4. The Employer must submit the Employment/Labour Contract for Digital Authentication by the MOL authorities.
5. The Employment/Labour Contract must be prepared in three copies as one copy for the employer, one copy for the employee and one copy for the Ministry of Labour.
6. If it is a fixed contract, the employment starting date and ending date must be clearly mentioned by the employer.
7. If it is an indefinite contract, the employment starting date and other important terms must be clearly mentioned by the employer.

In this way, the Employer must prepare the labour contract as per Qatar Labour Law Rules including the new rules mentioned above.
